Overview: BioPontis Alliance, LLC is a new hybrid model in which direct investments in and execution of translational biomedical research are co-managed for capital efficiency, risk mitigation, and value creation. This unique model enables more discovery science from great academic institutions to be tested, vetted, and prepared for delivery to the threshold of biopharmaceutical industry pipelines. A $50 million BioPontis Alliance Development Fund will be invested across a portfolio of early stage technologies in the fields of oncology, infectious disease, and neurology licensed from leading research universities that form the BioPontis University Alliance.
