Overview: Fast Forward, LLC was created by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society to speed the development of new treatments for people with multiple sclerosis. Fast Forward seeks to accomplish its mission by partnering with large pharmaceutical companies to catalyze early stage drug development programs for multiple sclerosis. The first of these partnerships was a five-year, $19 million collaboration with Merck KGaA, the parent company of EMD Serono. In this presentation you will receive insights into how this partnership was formed, how it works, and what has been learned over the first two years of the initiative.
