Overview: The Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation has formed a partnership with the National Cancer Institute and City of Hope to launch the first ever, online, longitudinal cohort study of breast cancer survivors and healthy women, called the Health of Women Study. The objectives of this partnership are: 1) to engage the public in research and collect health information using online resources, 2) to build a relationship between women and researchers, 3) to create a new model for cohort studies, and 4) to have a better sense of risk factors for the disease with the ultimate goal of eradicating it.
