Presentation - Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, Personalized Medicine Initiative

The MMRF Personalized Medicine Initiative will establish a community of newly diagnosed patients in a longitudinal study (LS) and a data ecosystem to accelerate development of new, targeted treatment regimens. The LS is a core element of the MMRF's personalized medicine pogram with the goal of segmenting patients based on molecular profiling leading toward tailored therapies for specific subgroups. The LS study called CoMMpass will enroll a minimum of 1,000 newly diagnosed patients. Both clinical data and molecular profiling data will be collected upon diagnosis/enrollment, and continuously thereafter prior to/upon any changes to therapy as well as at disease progression.
