Shmuel Meitar, Co-Founder and Principal of Aurec Group, an international investment group with a 40 year track record of building over a dozen successful operating companies, from inception to maturity, in industries such as media (co-founder of Israel’s largest cable TV operation), directories (co-founder of Israel’s national yellow pages), communication, enterprise software, advertising and insurance (insurance partnership with AIG). Aurec Group was a 50/50 partnership with AT&T.  Shmuel co-founded Amdocs Ltd. the world’s market leader in customer care and billing software for telecom service providers.  He is also involved in educational and medical research philanthropy for the past decade.  Shmuel serves on the Boards of the Prostate Cancer Foundation and FasterCures.
