Richard Seabrook Ph.D., MBA, is a founding member of the Technology Transfer Division, Wellcome Trust, where he is Head of Business Development. He is also technology transfer advisor to the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute and Genome Research Limited. Richard has extensive experience with early-stage funding of life science technologies, commercial transactions and intellectual property management, board, SAB and government agency advisory roles.
