Laura Sol

Chief of Staff to the CEO, American Heart Association

As Chief of Staff, Laura Sol serves as a key staff partner to the Chief Executive Officer and has organization-wide accountability for strategic planning and new business initiatives that integrate across functions of the association. Sol is also responsible for developing strategic partnerships and relationships, with highly motivated and fully engaged volunteers and partners, on behalf of the CEO, while also achieving the goals of the American Heart Association. Sol has over 25 years of successful voluntary health organization experience that has allowed her to utilize her business, marketing and sales experience.
