Senior Vice President, Business Insights and Analytics, Bristol-Myers Squibb
As Head of Business Insights & Analytics for Bristol-Myers Squibb, Conklin is responsible for developing a more holistic, enterprise-wide capability to support business decisions and generate business outcomes and is the key strategist shaping and driving the transformation of the Company's core data and analytic strategies.
Conklin joined Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2011 as Vice President, HIV Marketing. In 2012, as Vice President, U.S. Pharmaceuticals Strategy and Operations, he led the integration of the commercial model and evolution of capabilities as part of the U.S. Pharmaceuticals business model transformation, developing new multi-channel capabilities that contributed to a re-focus from non-essential work toward high-value activities allowing the Company to further differentiate themselves from competitors. As Senior Vice President, Worldwide Commercial Operations he led a significant element of the commercial transformation, partnering across markets in the development of stronger capabilities to support the worldwide commercial execution.
